Welcome to Curly's Music Academy. By using our platform and conducting classes as an instructor, you agree to the following legally binding Terms and Conditions: 1. STRICT NON-DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION: Teachers are strictly prohibited from sharing personal contact details—including but not limited to mobile numbers, WhatsApp numbers, personal email addresses, or social media handles—with students or parents during demo classes, regular classes, or any other form of communication. 2. PENALTY FOR POLICY VIOLATION (Rs. 50,000 FINE): Any violation of the Non-Disclosure policy, specifically the sharing of mobile numbers or personal contact information with students/parents for outside communication, will result in an immediate and non-negotiable legal penalty of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only). The academy reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings to recover this fine and any associated business damages. 3. PLATFORM ETIQUETTE & RECORDING: All communication must strictly occur through official academy channels. Recording classes without explicit written consent from the academy admin is strictly prohibited. 4. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & NON-SOLICITATION: Teachers must maintain professional decorum. Any independent solicitation of academy students for private tuition is a material breach of contract and will result in immediate termination and further legal action.
