At Curly's Music Academy, we prioritize the safety, security, and privacy of our students and faculty. 1. DATA PROTECTION: We securely store all personal data (including phone numbers and emails) provided during registration. We do not sell or rent this data to third parties. Access to this data is strictly restricted to authorized administrative personnel only. 2. COMMUNICATION MONITORING: To ensure educational quality and strict compliance with our Non-Disclosure agreements, the academy reserves the right to monitor class sessions randomly. 3. STUDENT PRIVACY: Teachers must NEVER ask for students' or parents' personal contact information. All scheduling, link sharing, and communication must be handled centrally by the Academy Admin team. 4. LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Any breach of student privacy, data theft, or unauthorized sharing of contact information will be dealt with severely in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable Indian laws.
